For over 30 years, New Season Treatment Centers have been a leading national health care service provider of outpatient treatment centers that specialize in providing safe, quality and best in class care for individuals living with Opioid Use Disorder ("OUD").
Operating in over 70 treatment centers in multiple states, our team members are engaged in medication-assisted treatment, counseling, support, and care management of individuals living with OUD. We treat the whole person and, in so doing, address the underlying causes of OUD in an effort to provide a continuum of care that not only addresses treatment needs but supports the patient on their journey to recovery.
Job Summary:
New Season operates a number of nationally recognized and accredited methadone treatment centers dedicated to helping individuals with prescription drug abuse and/or opiate addiction regain control of their lives.

Essential Functions:
Works with patients to complete all intakes, admissions, discharges, and transfer paperwork.
Documents patient progress through counseling and interaction through groups.
Completes patient psychosocial and an individualized treatment plan within the required time frame.
Identifies any clinical/case management needs and works to address those needs.
Performs individual, group, and family counseling as required.
Performs direct one-on-one patient couneling weekly through individual or group counseling.
Reports patient abuse, neglect and exploitation as required.
Reports patient grievances as required.
Educates patient in all aspects of treatment, corresponding health issues and steps to recovery.
Obtains Urine Drug Screens and initial patient photo identification.
Assists in monitoring all patient activities on center premises.
Actively participates in community relations activities as directed and authorized.
Ensures the reading and understanding of the Policy and Procedures Manual.
Ensures compliance with 42 CFR Part 2 (Federal Confidentiality Regulations) and 45 CFR, Parts 160 & 164 (HIPAA)
Is responsible for obtaining or maintaining proper licensure and/or certification according to specific state requirements.
Actively participates in preparation for surveys and inspections conducted by CARF, the State, DEA, Board of Pharmacy and any other agency site visits as dictated by the state laws or regulations.
Participates in all staff meetings
Ensures compliance with local, State, Federal and Colonial Management Group, LP rules, regulations and policies.
Always acts in the best interests of the program and company; honors, supports, and protects the proprietary data and rights of the company.
Performs other tasks as assigned by clinic, region or corporate leadership.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education/Licensure/Certification:
Experience in substance abuse field is not required, but preferred
Qualified candidates will hold one of the following licenses; LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LMHC
Experience Required:
Minimum of 500 hours of experience in substance abuse is preferred
Skill and Ability:

Grade level eligibility and salaries vary depending upon background, including experience and education, and duty location of the opportunity. This is a career ladder position with a grade level progression of GS-5, GS-7, GS-9, GS-11, and GS-12. You will be eligible for a promotion to the next higher grade level (without re-applying) once you successfully complete 52 weeks in each grade level. Promotions are at the discretion of the agency.

Qualifications:
You qualify for the GS-9 grade level in one of the following ways: experience, education, or a combination of both.
Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level that includes:
Detaining suspected violators of federal, state, or local laws and/or arresting violators using the proper law enforcement methods.
Enforcing the laws and regulations relating to importing, exporting, and/or international shipping to and from the United States.
Utilizing intelligence techniques and behavior analysis to identify potential threats and perform risk assessments for violations of laws and threats to national security.
Conducting interviews in a law enforcement capacity for the purposes of gaining information from suspected violators of laws to determine the appropriate course of action.

Job Summary
Jefferson Capital Systems is seeking candidates for an Information Cybersecurity Manager. In today's ever-growing threat landscape, you will be an integral member of the IT Team providing security concepts and best practices throughout multiple Business Lines, IT, InfoSec, and DevOps across multiple locations/geographies. What does a typical day look like?
Oversee and participate in day-to-day operations of the IT/Info Sec department by training, coaching, communicating expectations and developing personal growth of employees
Work with senior and peer IT Management to develop short- and long-term plans consistent with company objectives
Maintain and strengthen IT Security initiatives including ISO 27001, Risk Management, Cloud Security, GDPR, Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery, Asset and Data Classification, and System Hardening
Leverage security tools such as SIEM, EDR, Vulnerability scanners to monitor and secure our environments
Assist with the planning, execution, evidence gathering, and remediation of internal/external audits and compliance activities, such as Penetration Tests, Client Security Questionnaires, IT Compliance Audits
Maintain internal/external compliance against information security policies and procedures by completing internal control reviews and risk assessments. This includes identifying and communicating control gaps, proposing action plans for remediation, and reporting on the completion of tasks
Participate/ensure security controls and best practices are available and maintained in DevOps
Facilitate internal phishing campaigns, security announcements, security awareness trainings, and security exception processes
Assist in maturing the overall IT/Cyber Security programs while aligning with security frameworks
What qualifications are required for this position?
5 plus years' experience in IT, Information Cybersecurity and/or related Technology fields
Functional knowledge of Security Frameworks such as ISO 27001, PCI, SANS, NIST, CIS, GDPR, OWASP Top 10
Working experience of creating and maintaining operational effectiveness of IT Controls
In-depth understanding of security tools such as vulnerability scanning, firewalls, IDS/IPS, patch management, EDR, and SIEM
Hands-on experience with security tools, conducting security audits, and performing security investigations
Strong communication skills and the ability to be influential through both written and verbal interactions with a variety of audiences
Proven ability to work independently and as a member of a team
Ability to maintain productivity while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
The physician serves as medical director for skilled nursing facilities (SNF) and participates in administrative and quality initiatives for the facilities he or she is responsible for;
Medical directorship functions include attending and participating in monthly quality assurance and process improvement meetings; participating in quality improvement initiatives; providing guidance to facility staff; reviewing and revising (if necessary) facility's clinical guidelines; insuring compliance with state and federal regulations, training facility staff; and supervising facility clinical staff.
In addition to the medical director role, the physician also serves as the attending physician for the residents residing at each facility;
The physician collaborates with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to manage day to day resident care at each facility. Typically, each facility will have a full-time PA or NP assigned to the facility depending on the acuity and volume of the patient population;
Physician will provide high quality, patient-centered, comprehensive primary care services by rounding on patients residing in SNFs;
Physician is responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with acute illness, such as bacterial and viral infections, as well as chronic diseases and conditions, such as hypertension, heart disease, or diabetes

As the Sartell site's safety expert, you'll develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive safety and environmental systems that prevent injuries, reduce risk, and drive continuous improvement. Qualifications:
