MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND WORK EXPERIENCE * Completion of Apprenticeship Program OR Journey level in subject area OR Associate's degree in related field and five years of direct occupational experience. * Occupational experience may include positions as: * Substation Electrician * Specific on the job experience in: * Troubleshooting and repair of substations. * Installation, testing and maintenance of high and medium voltage electrical equipment related to power transmission and distribution with specialization on substations. * Oversight of construction and commissioning o new equipment, routine maintenance and testing, analyzing test results, troubleshooting faulty equipment and monitoring the operation of substations. * Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagram, and technical engineering related information. * Repairing and replacing substation equipment and components. * Proficient in above and below ground equipment * NESC and NEC Electrical Safety codes * Work safely around high and medium voltage, construction operations and equipment, and electrical hazards. * Ability to work non-standard hours including evening and weekend hours Preferred Qualifications: * Previous teaching experience with adult learners is preferred PHYSICAL DEMANDS * Mobility: Ability to move around the campus to attend meetings and events. Responsibilities: Direct supervision of campers throughout the camp day including lunch time and recess at Union Terminal and at offsite locations. The Healthcare Instructor provides instruction for CNA, Phlebotomy and EKG classes for the Multi-Skilled Technician course. Duties include planning lessons, monitoring skills and assessing student progress on an ongoing basis, collecting, recording and reporting all necessary information related to students in a timely manner. Helps keep up to date student records, files and gradebooks. Monday-Friday for a total of 40 hours per week. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide class starting Nov 2025. Attends 5-day in person orientation in Co, Ohio Flexibility with class times are available, days or evenings. We can work with your schedule. Teaches the EKG/Phlebotomy curriculum certified through MedCA, and CNA curriculum according to Ohio Dept of Health. May need to update curriculum to best practices, lesson plans, teaching materials to aid students in developing skills and confidence in healthcare areas. Integrates computer-aided instruction into lessons as appropriate. Teaches hands on skills in the healthcare courses. Attends Clinical sites with students and overseas for safety. Attends skills lab testing for safety of students and volunteers. Collects, records, and reports all necessary information related to students. Attends company-wide engagement and volunteer activities including outreach. Keeps up to date with professional development and CEU's. Requirements: Associate degree in nursing but bachelor's degree in nursing preferred. Experience working with adult and High School learners preferred.
