Responsibilities: Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and handle confidential correspondence Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders Collaborate closely with Personal Assistant and cross-functional team members Assist with inbox and communication management Oversee personal appointments, reservations, etc. Run errands and manage personal shopping or gift sourcing Coordinate family or personal travel logistics Assist with event planning (both corporate and personal) Handle special projects as needed, both professional and personal in nature Requirements: Prior experience in a similar role Exceptional organizational skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality Tech-savvy Comfortable working in-office full-time with weekend availability as required Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs without constant direction Schedule: This is a full-time role that will require work outside of regular business hours Compensation: Up to $150K based on experience, healthcare stipend, PTO, bonus Location: Fort Washington, PA
