Protect Polyglass by ensuring legal compliance for HR issues, including investigations for Code of Ethics and general grievances

The Skills and Background You Bring to Polyglass:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field strongly preferred but equivalent work experience may be considered

**What you“ll do**
+ Operations Technician Assistant are assigned to different work areas on a rotating basis in order to backfill team resources.
+ They are responsible for keeping materials supplied on packaging lines, general housekeeping, and quality checks.
+ Additional job duties may include basic operation of packaging equipment and supporting line change overs.
+ Shift hours are 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM.

Summary

Interprets and explains assessment results and develops individualized exercise prescriptions
