    The Director of Operations-Houston is responsible for leading production and operational support teams to produce quality products in a safe manner, on time, economically, and at desired levels of customer care. As a key member of DeZURIK's operations team, the Director of Operations-Houston will report directly to the Industrial Business Unit leader and will serve as a strategic partner in running the business. Major elements of the Director of Operations-Houston's responsibilities include to: Influence the design of the new Houston facility, assisting with plant layout, existing site and product moves, and related readiness activities. Provide leadership to the production and operational support teams, including Manufacturing, Planning and Materials Management, Shipping, Quality, Maintenance, Manufacturing Engineering, and Operational Admin personnel, to achieve plant safety, quality, on-time delivery, and productivity goals. Support all Health and Safety initiatives related to the facility by providing leadership for all policies and procedures, while continually improving safety records by addressing both physical safety issues and employee safety engagement. Develop and maintain strong employee relations within all levels of the company, while also motivating, coaching, and developing a diverse, high-performing leadership team. Lead the implementation of new manufacturing initiatives, including allocating strategic resources and applying continuous improvement principles for improved efficiencies. Establish annual operating budgets, inventory control targets, and performance goals for department leaders, including ownership of the annual capital planning process for the facility. Support and advance supply chain initiatives to strengthen critical vendor relationships and improve lead-time performance. Collaborate with Sales, Service, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to meet customer expectations. Candidate Profile The Director of Operations-Houston will have a proven track record of success leading manufacturing and supply chain activities. The fully qualified candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a recognized equivalency. This individual should have a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in operations leadership. Experience in a custom flow control product manufacturing environment is a plus, as is experience with industrial machining and assembly operations. We are seeking a leader known for engaging the workforce, facilitating improved customer responsiveness, and enabling sustainable growth. The successful candidate must have excellent business acumen and an operations aptitude with strong communication skills and the ability to think strategically. Location The Director of Operations-Houston will be based in Houston, Texas, at the planned new Operations facility, which will expand DeZURIK's existing Texas production footprint and team. Job Overview Woodlawns Landscape is seeking a hands-on Administrative Operations Manager to own our administrative, billing, and office operations. This is a player-coach role responsible for end-to-end Accounts Receivable and DSO performance, Accounts Payable processing and DPO, client billing accuracy, and administrative support for month-end close. This leader will personally perform core AR/AP and billing work while building structure, improving systems, and developing a high-performing admin team. We are looking for a self-directed problem solver who brings order, accountability, and continuous improvement to the back office. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end AR and DSO performance, including collections leadership with Account Managers. Lead client invoicing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and contract compliance. Own AP processing and DPO, approving vendor bills and maintaining vendor portals. Partner with CFO and Controller to deliver admin inputs for month-end close on deadlines. Serve as primary contact for client billing questions and coordination. Build, document, and maintain SOPs for admin, AR, AP, and billing processes. Act as a change agent to redesign workflows and drive automation. Become a power user of Aspire, Ramp, NetSuite, Pipedrive, and related portals. Lead, coach, and hold the admin team accountable; conduct reviews and set KPIs. Oversee office operations including facilities, supplies, and front desk coverage through delegation. Maintain clean, organized, and auditable systems and files. What Success Looks Like Improved DSO and cash flow discipline. Accurate, timely billing with minimal disputes. On-time admin deliverables for month-end close. Documented SOPs and strong process adoption. A professional, accountable, and service-oriented admin team. Qualifications 5+ years experience in administrative, billing, AR/AP, or finance operations with ownership of processes. Prior leadership or player-coach experience. Proven ability to manage high-volume invoicing and vendors. Strong systems aptitude and comfort learning new platforms. Track record of process improvement and problem solving. Highly self-directed, organized, and detail-oriented. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Work Environment In-office role in Mundelein, IL. Occasional extended hours during month-end or peak periods.     CONSTRUCTION SENIOR SITE OPERATIONS MANAGER OBJECTIVE Oversees one or more company job sites and multiple Site Operations Managers. This position includes monitoring the planning and coordinating of all field activities for project(s) and includes safety, subcontractors, in-house manpower, equipment, product and materials. This position reports to the Director of Operations. Essential Functions & Responsibilities: Conducts Team Readiness Analysis. Conducts Jobsite Hazard Analysis before each job is started. Monitors all Site Operations activities. Supervises and manages a project staff that could include site operations managers, project engineers, assistant site operations managers, foremen, and in-house labor. If necessary, assists in leading foreman and craft employees assigned to a project. Acts as liaison between project management, field engineering, estimating, and sub-contractors to ensure construction complies with plans and specifications and company quality standards. Keeps senior management informed of jobsite activities. Helps facilitate discovery and correction of contract document “error and omissions” and problem solving. Reviews contract documents and requirements and alerts project management of design conflicts, RFI's, and potential change orders. Assists with planning the sequencing of work and determines manpower levels, material quantities and equipment requirements. Assists with productivity issues and monitors work performance and efficiency of company employees and subcontractors to ensure project plans and schedules are followed and the project is executed effectively. Assists compliance with all internal and external record keeping requirements, with particular emphasis on accurately reflecting hours worked and proper coding of activities performed on time cards. Reviews the Site Managers daily jobsite duties and functions. Provides insight and advice as needed. Advises senior level management of potential problems, work interference, or schedule difficulties, while assisting in circumventing/resolving such conflicts. Provides assistance to craft employees in resolving problems. Maintains liaison with project manager and other involved departments (i.e. pre-construction, accounting) as required, supporting construction schedule and timely delivery of required materials and equipment. Oversees all jobsite safety issues and concerns. Ensures implementation of or adherence to current safety programs and any recommendations made by the Safety Committee. Creates safety awareness throughout the jobsite and maintains OSHA required records. This also includes conducting daily jobsite walkthroughs to identify potential hazards, identifying methods to control or eliminate the hazards, ensuring employees engage in safe and healthful work practices, and ensuring employees receive safety and health training to do their work. May also include conducting or assisting with jobsite Weekly Safety Meetings or Five Minute Safety Talks. Assists in maintaining documentation of training, inspections, injuries and illnesses, and other safety records. Participates in accident investigations, communicates all accidents to Human Resources and implements necessary corrective actions. Responsible for continuously expanding and updating professional knowledge and training skills in order to enhance individual and team innovation and productivity. Reviews the RFP, specifications and drawings to determine scope of work and schedule for projects in the preconstruction phase. Ensures Site Managers are processing all required weekly project paperwork and daily logs. Willingness to travel for extensive periods, as required. Assumes additional responsibilities as directed by the President, V.P. of Operations, Director of Operations, and/or the Senior Project Manager. Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience: Four-year construction related degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience preferred. Minimum 10 years of construction experience with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity. OSHA 30 certification is required. Ability to lead and evaluate craft performance is essential. Advanced knowledge of various construction disciplines, safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, quality control, engineering drawings and other documents. Must have a thorough understanding of specs and plan reading and computer scheduling programs. Must have a valid driver's license. Must have transportation to work sites. Must be available any and all shifts for possible emergency responses. Must be able to satisfy badging requirements and background checks for jobsite.
