General Description Northeast Paving a division of Vinci Construction USA is seeking an IT Support Specialist I position on the Technology Team in Nashua, NH. The IT Support Specialist role involves providing end-user desktop support both remotely and in-person, handling Tier (1-2) support tickets, and working on technology implementation projects.
Key Duties
Create, review and triage support Tier (1-2) tickets on a timely basis
Project work related to the implementation of new technology tools.
Provide end-user desktop support via remote support tools or in person visits
Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally and effectively with users to understand their issues, provide updates on ticket status, and verify their concerns are addressed promptly.
Install and configure new computers, monitors, and printers.
Assist with system administration tasks, including server upgrades, updates, patches, deployments, architecture review / design and general best practices

Business Systems & CMiC Support
Provide hands-on support for CMiC users across enterprise and field teams.

Job Purpose: Linde is seeking a Safety, Health, and Environmental (SH&E) Specialist to join its team, reporting to the LGUS East Region Associate Director. This position will be based primarily at the Loudon, TN facility, which serves as the primary office location. The role will also support operations in Greeneville, TN; Charleston, TN; and Moore, SC, allowing for easy access to each location from the Knoxville, TN area. Loudon and Greeneville are CO2 facilities, while Charleston and Moore are ASU (Air Separation Unit) plants.
The SH&E Specialist will ensure safety, health, environmental compliance, security, and emergency response at these locations while driving operational excellence and fostering a culture rooted in Linde's core values and safety practices.
Scope:
The SH&E Specialist applies expert-level knowledge of safety and environmental practices to improve personnel safety, process safety, distribution safety, and environmental compliance for the assigned locations. Through proactive leadership and intervention, this role ensures the safety of employees, contractors, drivers, and the protection of the surrounding communities and environment while maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations, standards, and Linde policies.
The successful candidate will actively engage plant personnel, product vehicle drivers, contractors, and management to ensure best practices are followed. They will also identify and address potential safety, health, and environmental hazards through inspections, audits, interactions, and presence in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work collaboratively with management and leadership teams across Loudon, Greeneville, Charleston, and Moore to meet zero/zero performance goals in safety, health, and environmental excellence.
* Cultivate a strong working relationship with employees and contractors to foster a safety-first culture that prioritizes worker health and safety.
* Analyze safety trends based on performance data and job observations, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
* Develop safety plans for major maintenance activities, including planned and unplanned turnarounds, collaborating with line management to ensure safe execution.
* Support incident investigations, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA), reporting, and development of corrective actions.
* Regularly review and manage compliance systems, ensuring essential safety, health, and environmental tasks are completed on monthly, quarterly, and annual timelines.
* Assist in environmental permit compliance through sampling, inspections, reporting, and use of compliance management tools.
* Monitor site-specific OSHA, EPA, and DOT requirements in addition to company standards, ensuring regulatory compliance through accurate documentation and proactive enhancements.
* Facilitate engaging training programs and conduct monthly safety meetings at assigned locations to improve employee awareness of safety best practices.
* Provide technical expertise in OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM) and EPA Risk Management Program (RMP).
* Directly engage with employees and drivers to address safety concerns and implement solutions to mitigate risk.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
* 3 years of safety, operations, or distribution experience within an industrial environment.
* Proven experience designing and implementing OSHA, EPA, and DOT compliance programs, including development and oversight of safety programs and regulatory reporting.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with employees, contractors, and management at all levels.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Safety certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Associate Safety Professional (ASP), OSHA 30, OSHA 10, or similar credentials.
* Proficient in interpreting Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID).
* Previous experience in distribution safety and DOT regulations, including interactions with drivers to address operational concerns.
* Experience managing regulatory requirements for environmental compliance, including EPA RMP and OSHA PSM.

Clean and disinfect exam rooms, restrooms, waiting areas, offices, and breakrooms
Restock paper products, soap, and hand sanitizers
Empty trash and medical waste bins appropriately
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all designated areas
Secure and lock facilities after cleaning
Handle light floor care (spot-cleaning, occasional buffing, etc.)
Communicate supply needs and report maintenance issues
Qualifications:
Experience in commercial or medical cleaning preferred
Ability to work independently, manage time well, and complete tasks with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Must have reliable transportation to travel between both clinic locations
