As a driver helper you'll ride along with a package delivery driver in our iconic brown trucks and help deliver packages to businesses and homes in your community. During your shift, you'll be in and out of the truck, greeting customers and ensuring packages make it to their destinations.
This seasonal job requires flexibility as work will be assigned in the morning based on operational needs and your availability.
When you are assigned work, you will be provided with a meet point. This is where the driver will pick you up, often in your neighborhood. Helpers do not drive the brown truck.

SUMMARY
Drives and operates pavers, as well as one or more machines such as backhoes, grinders, graders, lowboys, roller, jackhammer, compressors, and trucks. To perform specified activity such as moving material, leveling, grading, and paving by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Has working knowledge of equipment operation for machines assigned, including driving.
Checks equipment daily for oil, fluid levels, damage and wear areas (teeth, grinder, etc.). Fuels equipment daily.
Ability to determine speed and direction on machine, based on knowledge of compressibility of material under changing temperatures, so that ridges do not form by excessive pressure.
Thorough understanding of all aspects of paving industry prep work, grades, drainage, paving patterns, aggregate size, job specifications, oil consistencies, compaction and other details related to asphalt paving.
Reports all damage or required repairs as needed to the mechanic on duty in a timely manner.
Completes equipment checklist and turns in on a daily basis.
Loads and unloads equipment from trailers. Ensures that equipment is correctly secured on trailers.
Ensures equipment is cleaned at the end of each job, each day.
Operates equipment safely at all times. Does not allow riders on the equipment while operating.
Follows all safety rules and regulations and practices preventive safety measures.
Performs non-operator, general labor work as needed including driving, shoveling, raking, rolling and flagging duties.
QUALIFICATIONS
Valid driver's license and good driving record.
Class A CDL preferred.
Follows all traffic regulations.

The Role
The Safety Coordinator reports directly to our corporate Director of Safety and will support all Safety and Health initiatives. This position requires a significant knowledge of various generally recognized workplace safety, quality assurance programs and regulatory compliance. As the Safety Coordinator, you will immerse in a variety of tasks to support, reinforce, and maintain a high level of safety at Charlie's Produce.
Essential Responsibilities Include, but Not Limited To
Coordinate with the corporate safety director to drive and implement compliance and workplace safety initiatives.
Must stay abreast and ensure highly disciplined compliance of legal changes, code revisions, directives and policies mandated by Charlie's Produce, OSHA, WISHA, and other regulatory agencies Charlie's Produce is subject to.
Assist in presenting new hire, monthly, and annual safety training programs that captures the attention of staff and entails all the required elements of OSHA compliance.
Conduct OSHA 1910 General Industry required training such as P.I.T., Hazard Communication, & LOTO.
Help oversee accident, incident, and near miss cases and participate in the investigation of safety accidents and injuries, identifying causes, and finding corrective actions to reduce future occurrences.
Help record injury occurrences and assist with our return-to-work program for modified duty employees.
Support the management of our on-campus security & safety program.

Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
1+ years of experience minimum of working in a warehouse or production environment.
1+ years of experience working in a safety capacity.
Must be proficient with MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Previous experience reading safety-related documents, such as technical reports and SOPs.
Previous experience in hazard assessment and controls.
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and interpersonal
Sense of urgency and ownership regarding role and the needs of the department.
Emotional intelligence with the ability to be flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities.
Valid Driver's License.

You will be asked to provide your preference for one of several mission-critical locations. Locations offered are based on operational needs and may differ from your preferences.

Annual Base Salary:
GS-5 and GS-7: $40,332 - $109,952 per year
Note: A fully trained CBPO is eligible for up to $45,000 in overtime pay annually.
This is a career ladder position with promotion potential up to GS-12. You will be eligible for promotion to the next higher grade after 52 weeks at each level, subject to agency discretion.
CBPOs receive comprehensive federal benefits including health, dental, vision, sick and annual leave, and retirement plans including a Thrift Savings Plan (similar to a Roth 401(k)).
Recruitment Incentives: For eligible locations, you may receive an additional 10-25% of salary for the first 3-4 years depending on the location. These incentives apply to new federal employees and are subject to funding.
Qualifications:
GS-5: One of the following:
Experience: Three years of full-time general work experience demonstrating ability to interact with the public and apply information.
Education: A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Combination: A combination of general work experience and college education.
GS-7: One of the following:
Experience: One year of specialized experience at the next lower grade level including inspections, law enforcement, and regulatory compliance.
Education: A bachelor's degree with Superior Academic Achievement (3.0+ GPA or honor society membership), or one year of graduate-level education.
Combination: A combination of specialized experience and graduate education.

Other Requirements:
Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen.
Residency: Must have lived in the U.S. for 3 of the last 5 years.
Age Limit: Must be referred before turning 40 (some exceptions apply for federal or veteran candidates).

Formal Training: Two-week paid pre-academy orientation followed by a 101-day CBP Field Operations Academy at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Glynco, GA. Training includes law enforcement procedures, immigration law, Spanish language, physical fitness, and firearms.

Coordinate with IT PMO, PMs, & SMEs on all projects impacting technology to ensure all DR requirements are met.
Review project scope & identify DR deliverables for any projects or work related to technology
Document scope, DR deliverables, stakeholders, systems, timelines within DREC
Provide guidance and expectation of DR deliverables to project managers, SMEs, delivery managers, and update DR governance tasks in SN as DR deliverables are completed
Collect and review SaaS vendor DR plans and test results to verify recovery objectives can be met. Upload documentation to associated DR plans in Archer
Log test results within Archer
Provide support and information to IT PMO for existing recovery objectives to be included in RFPs and guidance for any changes needed.
Track in-flight projects and DR requirements by Project phase and deliverable status
Attend Project meetings as needed for DR support/guidance

The OT - Occupational Therapist provides direct rehab care in occupational therapy to patients upon physician referral in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements
