Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics and towing equipment, excellent driving skills with a clean driving record, a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for towing operations, and certification in towing and recovery (optional but preferred).
Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy equipment and vehicles, ability to work in various weather conditions and at different times of the day or night.
Must own and maintain a reliable and fully operational tow truck, ideally less than ten (10) years old.
Ability to handle stressful situations and provide high-quality customer service, good communication skills, and a professional demeanor.
Basic knowledge of GPS and navigation tools, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
