JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor clients progress, including medication adherence (e.g. Suboxone and other psychotropic medications) and participation in required counseling services. Collect and document urine analysis (UA) specimens in accordance with program protocols and confidentiality regulations, monitor results and follow up as needed. Provide care coordination and referrals to essential services such as housing, mental health support, employment assistance, and/or legal advocacy. Educate clients on Medication Assisted Treatment, opioid use recovery, overdose prevention (e.g. naloxone), and supportive intervention strategies.
