Qualifications POSITION SUMMARY The Production Associate is responsible for loading and unloading donated goods using a hand truck (dolly), sorting textiles at a sufficient pace, distributing donated goods for processing and shipping or future storage, performing basic record keeping functions and other basic retail operations duties as assigned.
