The RN Denial Analyst is responsible for reviewing denial claims, submitting reconsiderations or appeals. Reporting to the Revenue Cycle Director, this role is responsible to optimize the financial outcomes of the hospital-based revenue cycle through maintaining a low denial rate and high reimbursement rate. Initiates a root cause analysis of denied payment through comprehensive means including but not limited to: research of patient stays and treatment, review of payer contracts, analysis of historical denials, appeals and their outcomes, emerging trends in payer practices and requirements. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Tracks and analyzes denial data to identify, recommend, and implement opportunities to secure legitimate revenue for the organization. Identifies trends or patterns that impact payment optimization, and collaborates with departments to establish action plans, initiatives, and policies to reverse negative denial patterns.
Prepare and defends level of care and medical necessity appeals.
Generates, and audits various revenue, financial, statistical and/or quality reports surrounding the denial prevention area of focus.
Supporting claims denials reductions and increased revenues through process redesign, root cause analysis and development of metric reports.
Analyzes and reviews third party payer denial of medical claims and develops and executes strategies to decrease denials system wide to optimize revenue.
Identifies revenue opportunities and provides appropriate investigation, follow up and resolution. Implements plans and partners with Managed Care Contracting to ensure proper adherence to contracts that does not affect revenue generation.
Prepares clear and concise data reports to for senior leadership and others as required.

Job Summary:
The Maintenance Worker will be responsible for painting and maintaining the walls and surfaces within the hospital. The ideal candidate will have experience in painting and general maintenance, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and safety in a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Painting: Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and patching holes. Apply paint and finishes to walls and other surfaces using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment. Ensure even coverage and a professional finish.
Wall Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of walls and surfaces to identify and address issues such as cracks, peeling paint, and water damage. Perform repairs as needed to maintain the appearance and integrity of the walls.
Surface Preparation: Prepare and protect areas to be painted, including removing fixtures, covering floors and furniture, and ensuring minimal disruption to hospital operations.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and procedures while handling painting materials and tools. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and ensure that all safety regulations are adhered to.
Coordination: Work with the Facilities Management team to schedule maintenance activities to minimize disruptions to hospital functions and patient care.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage supplies and equipment related to painting and wall maintenance. Report low stock levels and order replacements as necessary.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work completed, materials used, and any issues encountered.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in painting and general maintenance, preferably in a healthcare or institutional setting.
Skills: Proficient in various painting techniques and tools, including preparation and application methods. Ability to perform minor wall repairs and touch-ups.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work. Knowledge of different types of paint and finishes and their appropriate applications.
