RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Leadership:
Recruit, interview, select, and mentor new and tenured drivers
Support driver engagement initiatives
Monitor drivers' performance and hold accountable when performance is below expectations, using coaching and/or progressive discipline, as needed
Complete driver's annual performance reviews
Review driver's lytx and logs and coach according to the company
