The primary responsibility of the Mixer Operator is to ensure the efficient and safe production of high-quality concrete products. This involves safely operating and maintaining concrete mixer trucks, loading and mixing concrete according to precise specifications, and with exceptional customer service, delivering the product to various construction sites, commercial and residential. Key Responsibilities: Safely operate a concrete mixer truck to transport and deliver concrete products. Load and mix concrete ingredients by following specific job orders and company protocols. Ensure timely delivery of concrete products to construction sites, maintaining courteous and professional interaction with the customers and the public. Conduct pre-and post-operation checks on the mixer truck to ensure its proper functioning and report any maintenance or repair needs. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of all team members and the public. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle maintenance, and other relevant documentation as required. Work closely with the dispatch team to ensure efficient scheduling and routing of deliveries. Assist in other duties as assigned, which may include general maintenance tasks or supporting other team members in the production process. Qualifications: Valid CDL Class A or B license. Current DOT Medical Card. Proven safe driving record. Physically able to lift/carry up to 100 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and work in varying weather conditions. No unexplained gaps in employment history. Strong teamwork, reliability, and adaptability. Previous experience as a Mixer Operator or in a similar role is preferred, but not mandatory. Willingness to undergo SRM's pre-employment screenings. The Mobile Diesel Service Technician performs all functions of a fully qualified heavy-duty truck repair mechanic under minimal supervision. This position is specifically responsible for assisting customers with repairs and diagnosis over the road within the assigned region. Travel will be required. Labels the box with repair oder number, S/N, customer name and date. * Maintain a 85% efficiency and a 90% on productivity. * Maintain Peterbilt online training percentage of 95%. * Obtain class A or B CDL and retain during employment. * Responsible for maintaining company vehicle. Ensures vehicle is stocked with required tools and parts for off-site repairs.
