Position Summary:
The primary duties of the Operator in the Surveillance Operations Center (SOC) is to assume responsibilities for the command, control, and coordination of the CCSN campus security operations. Volunteer Management: Recruit, identify, onboard, support, and retain volunteers who invest in the ministry. Facilitate ongoing training, development, and coaching for leaders and volunteers. Ensure volunteers are scheduled and ready to serve in their respective capacities.
Communication: Maintains regular communication with parents and guardians regarding the resources that are available in assisting them to lead biblical conversation and challenges at home. Inform and involve others in events and activities leading to the student's spiritual growth and discipleship.
Administration: Develops and manages an annual budget, creates the yearly calendar, plans short-term missions, reports weekly attendance reports, ensures a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.
Operation: Lead the day-to-day operation by creating a fun, engaging, and healthy environment as well as ensuring rooms are set up and ready for weekly next generation experiences.

Minimum requirements:
Atlas is currently seeking a staff-level Environmental Field Technician for our Las Vegas, Nevada office to support current and upcoming projects.
The ideal candidate will have good technical and organizational skills and be able to work independently on assigned project tasks with limited supervision.
Preference will be given to candidates with a university or college degree in environmental science, geology, or other applied science (or currently working towards degree), or a high school diploma with at least one year of applicable experience in a similar role with an environmental or engineering consulting firm.
Position includes the performance of field environmental assessments and compliance audits; soil, vapor, and groundwater sampling; stormwater compliance sampling; and/or mold, indoor air quality investigations, lead inspections, asbestos air monitoring, and asbestos surveys for private and public sector clients.
Technical requirements:
Preferred candidate will be 40-hour HAZWOPER trained and have a working knowledge of United States Environmental Protection Agency and State of Nevada environmental regulations and standard field procedures and methodologies related to due diligence, site investigation, remediation, industrial hygiene, and/or environmental compliance projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead irrigation management end-to-end, including:

- Troubleshooting and repair of mainlines, lateral lines, Claval valves, heads, and rotors.
- Coordination of pump-station operations, central control adjustments, and water-window optimization.
