The feature that I enjoyed best while working there in my last position was the freedom to be creative. Though it wasn’t an organically creative level, not many departments managed whatever issues with an inventive approach, but I was trusted by my VP to author departmental policies and procedures, memos, etc., with my personal stamp on any one. I loved that part because, despite the material being rather dull and technical, it allowed me to nevertheless be imaginative.
There weren’t many issues I disliked while working there, though since it was a corporate environment, I was able to thicken my skin, which is a crucial and helpful skill.
My favorite perk there was health and retirement benefits that LVS provided and job security.
