The Sr Direct Sales Representative role is focused on achieving individual targets, allocating time to field training, coaching, and support to assigned Optimum Sales Professionals and to assist in their ramp to competency and progression toward reaching OSP2 level. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to advance their career in project management while contributing to the success of large-scale electrical construction projects. Job Description: The Assistant Project Manager will provide direct support to senior project management and pre-construction leadership, ensuring projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with client expectations. This individual will also help manage subcontractors, project engineers, and documentation to support the smooth execution of all project phases.
