Lassen Community College is a two-year educational institution that gives
its students many learning opportunities and resources. It has
certificate and associate's degree programs in areas such as Agriculture,
Automotive Technology, Gunsmithing and Journalism. Courses can be taken on campus, online, or through interactive
television. Community Services Education is an additional program at the
school that is provided to those who want supplementary instruction in
certain academic areas. However, these classes do not count toward
college credit. In addition to academics, the school has an array of athletic programs,
clubs, and organizations available to students who want to participate in
extracurricular activities. It also offers financial aid in the form of
