You're never going to move up in the company they tell you that they like to promote from within which is not true not for everyone unless your family or friends nepotism runs deep here!!
I couldn't tell you if there's a benefit for a per chair I've never had one!
I don't, there's every man for themself here they don't worry about the little guys at the company!
Promoting people that are deserving of promotions not just because of who you know here. That's how you change the culture!
I didn't need to prepare I just was myself told him about my experiences and that's how I got the job here, and I'm probably their best work if operator they have! And I'm always here never call off
It doesn't, not for the type of job I'm doing the stress level is high and the pay is low the more I do the more they want me to do I have no problem with that as long as compensation is there and I have not got it I've been here almost 3 years and average 23 cents a year as far as raises are concerned

Mandatory weekends. Hostile and toxic culture.
Discrimination- some employees fired at 8 attendance points....some still employed with 17 and 26

Stability in the company. 100 year old company that is in a field that will always be needed.
No work life balance at the plants. We were always short staffed.
Annual holiday gifts at the end of the year for all employees.
