What You Will Do
Lead go-to-market strategy and launches for new products and features through compelling storytelling - with a special emphasis on Lattice's AI capabilities
Own and evolve Lattice's AI positioning, messaging, and value narrative
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns from insights through creative execution

What You Will Bring to the Table
4+ years of B2B SaaS Product Marketing experience; AI or HR technology experience is a strong plus
