Responsibilities & Skills Job Description Lattice is looking for a highly motivated and experienced SW Program Manager to drive SW Tools deliverables for complex FPGA programs. The role will require close collaboration with global teams in multiple disciplines (Silicon devices, Soft-IP and business teams) to successfully manage the scope, schedule, risk, reporting, issue resolution and resources to deliver the best user interface for our customers. The qualified candidate will drive cross functional engagements involving multi-functional teams to establish clear alignment between requirements and engineering priorities, and to deliver successful programs. They will employ the best program management practices to facilitate prioritization, planning, stakeholder management and ensure timely commitment delivery. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders and champion collective success. Key responsibilities: * Drive internal execution of the software tools team, ensuring the release goals are delivered with high quality and on time * Partner with engineering teams to translate high-level requirements into clear specifications for compilers, SDKs, and runtime environments. * Define and track KPIs for adoption, performance, and customer satisfaction * Improve developer efficiency via process improvement and good practices * Drive the execution of Lattice's FPGA SW Tools for internal and external customer support. * Engage regularly with global stakeholders (Silicon, SoftIP, Operations, Marketing) to drive execution, issue resolution and successfully complete programs per plan * Discuss and align on program roles, responsibilities, metrics, requirements and deliverables * Work with engineering teams to translate product requirements/requests into a working plan * Manage schedule, scope, resource, risks and reporting to drive towards successful delivery * Drive cross-functional issue resolution per requirements * Provide regular communication to key stakeholders (executive leadership team) to ensure expectations, updates and decisions are aligned Candidate profile * BS in EE/CE/CS or similar with 7+ years of experience in the Tech industry. At least 3 of those years should be in a Program Management role. * Experienced in EDA or FPGA Software tool flow * Experienced in product lifecycle management for SW and Soft-IP and knowledge of SW support for integrated circuit, packaging, validation and qualification of Silicon devices * Experienced in driving cross‐functional teams to deliver projects with multiple internal/external dependencies and constraints * Experienced in driving security compliance and FuSa certification a plus. * Experienced in driving alignment and accountability in program requirements and collaboration * Track record in delivering products timely with high quality * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * PMP and knowledge/experience in FPGAs is a plus Benefits:The base pay for this role is between $151,859 to $218,297 per year. Responsibilities & Skills Lattice Semiconductor is seeking a Senior Technical Marketing Architect to define and drive next-generation datacenter and AI system architectures. This role blends deep system design expertise with strategic marketing and ecosystem engagement-identifying where Lattice FPGAs add value in control, orchestration, and security across compute, storage, and networking. The ideal candidate understands hyperscaler hardware, manageability, and rack-scale design, and can spot new sockets where deterministic, low-latency programmable logic outperforms fixed-function devices. Key Responsibilities * Architect datacenter control solutions across compute, storage, and network domains, including BMC, RMC, and rack orchestration. * Identify and define FPGA attach points for telemetry, power/cooling control, fabric management, and secure boot. * Shape technical marketing strategy for AI and datacenter platforms-developing MRDs, reference architectures, and partner programs. * Collaborate with SoC, CPU, DPU, and accelerator vendors to co-design FPGA-enhanced system solutions. * Engage with CSPs, OEMs, and ODMs to translate requirements into FPGA-based proofs of concept. * Drive technical narratives that showcase Lattice leadership in control, security, and system orchestration. * Align with product and engineering teams to ensure design integrity, validation, and roadmap coherence. * Represent Lattice in OCP, DMTF, and related forums to guide standards and influence ecosystem direction. Required Qualifications * BS/MS in Electrical, Computer, or Systems Engineering. * 12+ years in datacenter hardware architecture, technical marketing, or system design. * Expertise in platform manageability and control (BMC, RMC, attestation, telemetry). * Knowledge of datacenter storage, networking, and power systems (PCIe/CXL, NVMe, Ethernet, cooling). * Familiarity with LTPI, SPDM, PLDM, and other DMTF and OCP standards. * Proven ability to translate architectures into strategies and drive ecosystem adoption. * Experience working with hyperscalers, OEMs, or SoC vendors on validation and deployment. * Excellent communication and executive presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in rack-scale orchestration, AI cluster, or fabric management. * Knowledge of FPGA/CPLD integration in control, telemetry, or security roles. * Understanding of AI server architectures, accelerators, and thermal/power management. * Published contributions to industry standards or specifications.
