A Physical Therapist who excels in this role:
Evaluates and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs.

The Support Specialist will assist the front office and floor personnel with such tasks, but not limited to, escorting the residents to designated places inside the facility, manning the clinical tower during smoke breaks, room searches, transporting residents to outside appointments and the hospital, assisting with cigarette purchasing and distribution, drug and alcohol screenings and other tasks that will help create a better workflow.
Requirements
Primary Responsibilities
1. Assist the front office by completing residential intakes.
2. Keep an accurate record of all residential intakes.
3. Keep an accurate account of all residential personal belongings.
4. Handle residential order forms.
5. Check in and out residents and resident property by completing proper searches of both residents and the residents' property coming into the facility.
6. Check in property delivered by outside agencies and accurately mark the property to ensure all residents' property is distributed to the correct person or put with residents' belongings in the outside storage.
7. Assist with medical or clerical tasks when needed.
8. Assist the floor personnel with tasks when needed.
9. Escort residents to and from the front offices, med room, groups and appointments when needed.
10. Complete property exchange and inventory checks during entry and before discharge.
