Charlie Watters is a COO - Chief Operating Officer at Launch Consulting Group and CIO - Chief Information Officer at Launch Consulting Group and is based in Bellevue, Washington. Justin joined TA Group in 2012. He works primarily in improving and operationalizing financial governance across the portfolio. This includes cash-flow management, financial modeling, and forecasting, developing performance measurements, risk mitigation, and strategic & financial planning. Justin is reliable, accurate, and results-oriented; he thrives on helping business owners navigate challenging situations.

Justin is a Montana native. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington and a Master of Business Administration from Seattle University. He completed his CMA in 2012 and is an active member of the Institute of Management Accountants.

Priding himself as someone who is a keen identifier of character and talent, Paul values team building and empowerment as key pillars to the success of Ratio. As a husband and father of 3, Paul is fiercely dedicated to his family – both at home and at Ratio.
