Customer Service: Coordinate relevant delivery targets, forecast demands, load configurations, and specific customer requirements. Despatch: Work with the despatch team to coordinate loads and assemblies for on-time delivery. Other Duties: Perform reasonable other duties as may be assigned from time to time. Skills & Experience Required: Strong supervisory and communication skills. Health and Safety awareness and ideally qualifications. Proven leadership skills with over 5 years of experience in a quality-focused production manufacturing environment. Excellent organisational and communication skills, able to interact effectively with individuals of varying skills and abilities. Strong delegation skills, numerical proficiency, and good written and presentational skills, with an analytical approach to problem-solving.
