The Responsibilities
The Graphic Designer will focus on efficient and effective design while maintaining brand consistency across all channels. This is a highly visible position within the company, critical to the advancement and growth of Lavelle within our market segments. The Graphic Designer's major role is designing graphics for packaging & literature with support in website content creation and video creation.
Appropriate and effective communication - written and oral
Design of retail packaging and graphics for point of purchase materials
Assist with the creation of content for Lavelle's & customer websites
Provide recommendations for test and learn, experiment opportunities
Use Digital photography for promotional materials
Assist with marketing projects & provide production support such as scanning, printing, folding, assembling, trimming paper and laminating
Submit product images to sales team for customers upon request
Offer input and share ideas at creative meetings
Create and produce attractive and effective designs for all media - designing ads, sales literature, promotional flyers, catalogs, POP materials
Support other team members with video production as needed
Edit marketing materials using the Adobe Creative Suite
Maintain and improve the company's brand image and visual identity
Meticulously review all work
Maintain marketing collateral
Required Skills and Competencies
B.A., B.F.A, or B.S. with focus in graphic design, video, multi-media design, advertising or marketing preferred.
The ideal candidate is one who is experienced with all facets of design
Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud - Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
Photography experience
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Ability to work in PC environment
Portfolio with examples of previous graphic & video projects

Set-up, operate and perform change-over for various packaging and punch/drill machines.

This role drives schedule attainment, reduces past-due work orders, and partners cross-functionally to improve throughput, accuracy of master data, and inventory performance.
Responsibilities
Sequence production schedules in the most efficient and effective manner to meet customer demands while balancing capacity, changeovers, and material availability
Build and publish a daily/weekly finite schedule for semi-finished goods; proactively highlight risks and trade-offs to stakeholders
Evaluate and adjust lot sizing, lead times, and min/max parameters using consumption rates, container sizes, machine constraints, storage space, raw component availability, and lead times
Monitor material availability and respond to shortage/expedite lists (“hot lists”) to support production lines in a timely manner
Conduct root cause analysis on past-due production orders; drive corrective and preventive actions to recover schedule misses
Communicate to all necessary parties any changes that would require alternative scheduling to meet demand; facilitate daily production discussions as needed
Collaborate with department leadership to ensure accurate production confirmations (time, yield, scrap) are recorded within SAP
Cross-compare SAP routing data with actual production times to ensure correct information is stored in the system to accurately drive planning and costing; recommend updates to routings, work center capacities, and calendars
Work closely with Production, Materials, Procurement, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering to resolve production issues and support continuous improvement efforts
Utilize SAP and Excel to develop and maintain KPIs (e.g., schedule adherence, on-time to need date, past-due work orders, WIP turns, changeover hours) and to enhance reporting/visibility
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field; or equivalent related work experience
2-4+ years of production scheduling or operations planning experience in a discrete manufacturing environment
Working knowledge of ERP systems; SAP experience preferred (PP/MRP, confirmations, routings/BOMs, and capacity planning)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (pivot tables and lookups; Power Query/Power BI a plus)

Provide a high level of customer support to all ALS distributors and route operators while conforming to established policies and procedures
Effectively communicate best practice concepts to improve, prevent and/or solve customer service issues (i.e., internal operating procedures, product service tools and techniques, customer relations, product issues, etc.)
Objectively audit a customer's service capabilities, including the number of technicians for assigned market(s), warranty performance, use of required and preferred tooling, and parts availability for products supported
Work in conjunction with Regional Sales Managers and other support functions to maintain continuity of communication, acting as one part of a wider customer support team
Using available technology, coach and assist technicians, as needed, on difficult to solve issues
Participate as instructors in Master Technician training events hosted at the factory while also conducting quarterly field product training schools at customer locations for ALS distributors and route operators
Follow quality reporting processes to route concerns through to Quality Assurance Specialists for priority handling
As needed, and at the request of the Quality Assurance Specialist, assist in the mitigation of high priority product issues as they arise
Provide trip reports to document visit details including objectives, feedback, and outcomes of each interaction, with special emphasis on identifying potential product problems, and activities of competitors
Complete travel expense reports in a timely manner as required in the policy
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent is required; secondary technical degree in a relevant field is preferred.
At least 1 year of experience with Alliance Laundry Systems commercial equipment is preferred
Past service experience is a plus
Proven familiarity with electrical diagnostics, including ability to read electrical diagrams/illustrations

A Day in the Life
As an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician II, you will keep production moving by diagnosing issues, installing and optimizing controls, and mentoring others. Your day may include:
Designing minor control circuits and testing/troubleshooting electrical, PLC, and electronic systems on production machinery.
Diagnosing and repairing hydraulic and pneumatic circuits.
Installing electrical/electronic controls by reading schematics and blueprints; performing panel work, wiring, and conduit runs.
Applying knowledge of electrical power and water distribution systems in a plant environment.
Executing basic mechanical repairs alongside electrical tasks.

The Project Manager is responsible for managing, planning, implementing, and tracking projects to ensure alignment with our organization's goals. As a subject matter expert, you will guide project teams through successful initiation, planning, design, organization, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of projects. This position requires excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills to maintain efficiency and effectively manage team dynamics.
Responsibilities
Project Planning & Implementation: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Comprehensive Project Plans: Develop plans to coordinate teams and resources effectively, merging customer requirements with company goals.
Project Oversight: Oversee all project aspects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress.
Budget Management: Maintain project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Resource Allocation: Allocate project resources effectively and create project schedules and timelines.
Team Support & Direction: Provide direction and support to the project team, fostering a productive work environment.
Quality Assurance: Lead quality assurance efforts to ensure project outcomes meet established standards and expectations.
Reporting & Communication: Prepare reports for upper management, detailing project status, progress, challenges, and solutions.
Change Management: Implement and manage changes to project plans to ensure timely and successful deliverables.
Post-Project Evaluation: Evaluate and assess completed project results to drive continual improvement.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification is preferred.
Professional Experience: A minimum of 5 years in project management, leadership roles, or related experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
Skills and Abilities:
Demonstrated experience in project management with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
Strong leadership with outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to effectively lead and manage cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
Technical proficiency in project management software and tools, with competence in MS Project or similar software.
Project management qualification - PMP, CAPM, or equivalent experience.
Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and/or change management.
Proficient with MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Experience in Stage Gate Product Development Processes is preferred
Travel:
Occasional travel both domestic and international approximately 15-20%
Standard and Physical Requirements:
Position involves sitting long periods, standing, manual dexterity, stooping, bending and minimal lifting.
