Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, a leading national law firm, is seeking a Massachusetts-licensed litigation attorney with 4+years of experience to join its Boston, MA office.
This position offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative and dynamic team, defending national consumer financial services clients across a broad range of complex litigation matters in state and federal court.

Position Requirements:
Must be admitted to the Massachusetts Bar and in good standing. An additional admission to the Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont, or Connecticut Bar is strongly preferred.
Four or more years of defense litigation experience that may include general liability matters (product liability, construction defect, premises liability, vehicle liability), Dram Shop liability, and professional liability matters (medical malpractice, legal malpractice, errors and omissions).
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills are required.
