    CRIMINAL STAFF ATTORNEY Criminal Staff Attorney Salary: $90,000/year open until filled. The candidate must have a minimum of two years' post-bar experience in public or private practice, an appellate court, or judicially related system, or equivalent experience. Work experience as a law clerk with an Arizona appellate court judge may substitute for experience on a year-for-year basis. The qualified candidate should have well developed skills in the use of technology and automated systems, including the use of electronic documents and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products. What We Offer Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with company match Supportive team-centered work environment Opportunities for training and professional development Paid time off and company holidays Your Role: Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and clerical support to attorneys and paralegals Draft, proofread, and format legal correspondence and basic documents File and serve legal documents, including e-filing with California courts Maintain and organize case files, both physical and electronic Manage attorney calendars, schedule hearings, and track deadlines Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and internal staff Prepare and process outgoing mail, scanning, copying, and data entry Assist with discovery preparation and document production Support high-volume caseloads while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Follow established procedures consistently and effectively Use Microsoft Office and law office software proficiently Qualifications 1-2 years of legal assistant or administrative legal experience preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with California court systems and e-filing is a plus Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Must be 18 years or older Must pass a background and drug test Schedule Full-time | Onsite | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Ready to Join Our Legal Team?
