    Job Description We're seeking a detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to support our fast-paced law firm and help keep our attorneys, paralegals, and clients on track. In this role, you'll assist with preparing legal documents, managing correspondence, answering phones and emails, coordinating and distributing incoming and outgoing mail, scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, and tracking important deadlines.
