Manage your own caseload of healthcare litigation and medical malpractice defense cases
Conduct and strategize depositions and discovery
Work directly with clients and provide counsel
Collaborate with the litigation team while working independently on assignments
Assess medical and legal issues and build case strategies
Prepare for trial, including planning and developing litigation strategy
Participate in and potentially lead courtroom appearances as required
Experience You Will Need
Active Delaware Bar license is required
Pennsylvania license is a plus
Prior experience in healthcare litigation, medical malpractice, personal injury, or long-term care defense
Experience conducting and planning depositions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent client communication and interpersonal abilities
Comfortable working both independently and within a team structure
Highly organized and able to manage multiple cases/priorities

The yearly salary range is between $110,000 and $150,000. This position is open to all experience levels. The actual salary offered may be above or below the identified range and will be based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, including the location where the position is filled.
