This role focuses on drafting, reviewing, and compiling contractual documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Draft BEAD Master Subgrant Agreements using established template agreements for review by IBO legal counsel. Assist IBO staff in collecting required attachments, exhibits, certifications, appendixes, and other documents identified in the conditions precedent clause of the Master Subgrant Agreement. Review submitted documents for completeness, accuracy, and consistency with agreement requirements. Compile, organize, and support the execution of BEAD Master Subgrant Agreements.
