The attorney will: Provide legal analysis and strategic support on complex property claims. Conduct research and draft legal documents, opinions, and strategy memoranda. Collaborate with adjusters, estimators, and outside counsel to strengthen case outcomes. Ensure policyholders' rights are fully supported throughout the claims process. Note: United Public Adjusters is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation. This is an in-house support role focused on strengthening our advocacy on behalf of policyholders. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school.
