The Case Assistant will provide assistance in looking through approximately 1500 incoming request IDs a day, and sending to the appropriate case specialist teams to provide proper legal response. A qualified individual will have previous exposure to legal language, having an eye for detail and ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
