Under the direct supervision of the Vice President of Litigation or his/her designee, the individual selected for this position will be responsible for assisting the Legal Department in the defense of medical malpractice suits. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Day to day workup of medical legal matters on behalf of physicians and organization. Assist in Court appearances for case management conferences, motion practice and trial.
