Our firm has experienced significant and aggressive growth over the past few years, and we are seeking a client-service-oriented, full-time construction litigation associate attorney experienced in handling disputes between contractors and owners to join our team as our fourth attorney.
The role involves providing legal advice and guidance to homeowners, contractors, HOAs, and Condo Associations regarding their construction projects, actively litigating cases, handling depositions, attending court hearings, drafting contracts, negotiating on behalf of homeowners with contractors or other lawyers, and all phases of litigation.
