Minimum Qualifications:

Job Description:
A well-established Tampa-based family law firm is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney with 5-8 years of Florida family law experience, particularly in high-net-worth and complex divorce matters. This role is ideal for a seasoned attorney who can independently manage sophisticated cases while delivering strategic, discreet, and client-focused representation. The ideal candidate will have experience handling financially complex divorces involving significant assets, business interests, executive compensation, and contested custody matters, and will thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
Responsibilities
Manage a full caseload of family law matters with an emphasis on high-net-worth divorce and complex financial cases
Handle matters involving asset division, closely held businesses, real estate portfolios, executive compensation, trusts, and retirement assets
Draft and review pleadings, motions, marital settlement agreements, and complex discovery
Conduct depositions, mediations, evidentiary hearings, and trials
Work closely with forensic accountants, financial experts, and valuation professionals
Advise high-net-worth clients with professionalism, discretion, and strategic insight
Develop case strategy and guide clients through sensitive and high-stakes litigation
Collaborate with partners and support staff to deliver exceptional client service
Qualifications
5-8 years of concentrated family law experience in Florida
Demonstrated experience with high-net-worth divorce and complex financial matters
Active and in good standing with the Florida Bar
Strong litigation, negotiation, and courtroom skills
Excellent legal writing and analytical abilities
Ability to manage cases independently and meet demanding deadlines
High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence
