The Company's legal team is looking for a driven attorney who can play a generalist role in the legal department.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive legal support across all business units, including corporate, commercial, employment, compliance, and regulatory matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including vendor agreements, NDAs, licensing, SaaS, and partnership agreements.
Advise internal stakeholders on legal risks, business strategies, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Support corporate governance activities, including board and shareholder matters, entity management, and corporate filings.
Manage employment law issues, including policy development, employee relations, investigations, and compliance with federal and state labor laws.

Excellent communicator with sound judgment and business acumen.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate cross-functionally.
