Lawn Doctor is looking for an energetic, self-motivated and dependable individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. This role would work with both current customers to add services to maintain and beautify their properties and with new leads to convert them to Lawn Doctor Customers.
The ideal candidate for this position needs to possess excellent customer service and communication skills and is enthusiastic about working directly with customers. Additionally, strong work ethic, attention to detail, reliable transportation to work and good attendance record is critical to the role.
Lawn Doctor believes that employees who are given a chance to grow professionally will in turn help to grow our business. Actual work experience in sales and experience in Lawn Care is desirable but not required.
Your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities
Diagnoses and repairs fleet vehicle chassis and specialized vehicle back-end tank, pump and spray systems.
Diagnoses and repairs tractors, forklifts, small engines and specialized equipment (aerators, seeders, spreaders, etc.).
Responsible for accurately documenting all repairs in an electronic maintenance management system.
Maintain parts inventory and work area in clean and orderly fashion.
Arranges, follows up and documents outsourced maintenance performed by vendors and local service providers.
Develops and executes preventative maintenance programs.
Prepares and manages maintenance budget.
Responds to vehicle and equipment breakdowns in field as needed/required.
