Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership.
Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling business value propositions for executive and senior stakeholders.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, data science, and customer success teams to ensure successful solution delivery during and after innovation sprints.
Document architectural patterns, best practices, and innovative use cases to enable scalability and knowledge sharing across the organization.
Mentor and guide customer technical teams on solution implementation, architecture best practices, and long-term scalability.
Stay current on construction industry trends, emerging technologies, and AI innovation to continuously bring fresh ideas to customer engagements.
Education / Qualifications
Required:
15+ years of experience in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or similar customer-facing technical roles within the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) industry.
Proven experience designing and implementing complex, enterprise-scale solutions for design and construction workflows.
Deep understanding of EPC project lifecycle management, BIM/CAD integration, and construction technology ecosystems.
Strong technical expertise in cloud platforms, modern application architectures, and enterprise integration patterns.
Demonstrated ability to apply innovative technologies to solve complex challenges across the construction project lifecycle, from design through commissioning.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
Extensive experience leading discovery sessions, workshops, and solution design engagements with engineering firms, contractors, and owner-operators.
Track record of building trusted advisor relationships and driving successful digital transformation initiatives.
Familiarity with construction industry standards, agile methodologies, and iterative solution development practices.
Ability to balance innovation with practical implementation considerations in complex project environments.
Preferred:
Deep expertise with construction technology platforms such as Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Oracle Aconex, or similar solutions.
Experience with BIM 360, Revit, Navisworks, or other design and modeling tools.
Knowledge of IoT, digital twin solutions, and smart asset technologies for construction and facilities management.
Experience with reality capture, drone technology, computer vision, or AI-driven analytics in construction environments.
Understanding of project controls, scheduling (Primavera P6), and cost management systems.

POSITION OVERVIEW
