About the Role
As a Young Adult Case Manager, you'll help youth aged 17-21 transition into independent adulthood. You'll support them in finding safe housing, pursuing education and employment, building life skills, and creating lasting support systems. In this field-based role, you'll collaborate with families, community resources, and internal teams to help youth thrive while making a meaningful impact every day.
In this role, you will:
Provide individualized case management and support to a caseload of 6-8 young adults.
Meet regularly with youth, conduct home and community visits, and accompany them to schools, courts, and appointments.
Develop, implement, and update service plans using a strength-based, solution-focused approach.
Collaborate with DCFS, probation, therapists, schools, and other providers to coordinate care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with agency and state requirements.
Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional development, including trauma-informed trainings.
Who we're looking for
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Social Services or a related field with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Valid Illinois driver's license, reliable transportation, and access to a personal vehicle.
Strong communication, documentation, and time-management skills.
Empathy, adaptability, and a commitment to trauma-informed care.
Preferred:
Child Welfare Employee Licensure (CWEL) at hire
Experience working with transition-age youth or those exposed to trauma.
Knowledge of youth development, positive youth development, and DCFS standards.
Additional Information
Full-time, flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations. Based in community settings across the Chicago area with local travel required. Field-based role with walking, driving, and occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs).

As an Overnight LGBTQ Life Skills Educator, you'll provide individual and group life skills training for LGBTQ youth ages 17½-20 in our Transitional/Independent Living program. You will teach independent living, self-care, time management, and social skills, while fostering a supportive, affirming environment.

Deliver individual and group life skills instruction (home management, self-care, time management)

Our Child & Family Treatment Center (CFTC) is a 24-hour residential program for DCFS- and ISBE-referred youth ages 8-18 who are experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges. With a trauma-informed, outcomes-driven approach, we help youth heal from abuse, neglect, and trauma while building the skills they need to thrive.
About the Role
Be a source of healing and stability for youth who've experienced trauma. As a Residential Therapist, you'll provide individual, group, and family therapy to young people ages 6-21 living in Lawrence Hall's residential program. You'll help them build coping skills, strengthen family connections, and move toward recovery. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of youth and families while growing your clinical expertise in trauma-informed care.
In this role, you will:
Provide individual, group, and family therapy using trauma-informed and strengths-based approaches.
Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team and supervisor.
Engage families and caregivers in the healing process and communicate progress toward goals.
Participate in multidisciplinary staffings, clinical reviews, and DCFS or court meetings as needed.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with Medicaid and agency standards.
Provide on-call support on a rotating schedule and adapt to the needs of the program.
Who we're looking for
Required:
Master's degree in Social Work or a related Human Services field.
Valid Illinois driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation.
Preferred:
LSW or LPC
Experience working with youth in residential or therapeutic settings.
Additional Information
This is a full-time on-site role at 4833 N Francisco Ave, Chicago, IL 60625. Flexible schedule based on program needs; includes rotating on-call responsibilities. Requires travel for home visits, court, or community meetings within the Chicago area, as well as the physical ability to kneel and return to standing without assistance, as part of crisis intervention.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $57,550-$62,000/year, based on experience.

About the Role
Be the steady presence young people need as they prepare for adulthood. As a Site Coordinator, you'll lead a Transitional Living residential program (TLP) at our Harvard Home where older adolescents (ages 17-21) learn independent living skills, gain stability, and move toward self-sufficiency. You'll supervise a team of staff, create a safe and supportive environment, and help youth build the skills they need to thrive on their own.
In this role, you will:
Oversee daily site operations, including staff supervision, budgeting, and compliance with DCFS standards.
Support residents in developing independent living skills such as cooking, budgeting, school/work readiness, and healthy relationships.
Maintain a safe, structured, and strengths-based environment that promotes healing and growth.
Train, coach, and evaluate staff; provide supervision and ensure fidelity to trauma-informed practices.
Plan and facilitate recreational, educational, and vocational activities that prepare youth for independence.
Build and maintain positive relationships with community partners, landlords, and local agencies.
Who we're looking for
Required:
At least 25 years of age
Bachelor's Degree and a minimum 3 years of experience in residential, transitional, or youth service programs.
Valid Illinois Driver's License, personal vehicle or access to vehicle, and proof of insurance.
Ability to pass background check and drug screen; no history of child abuse or neglect.
Preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated competence working with adolescents ages 17-21.
Additional Information
Full-time schedule with flexibility required. On-call responsibility 24/7; may adjust hours to provide site coverage as needed. Work is primarily on-site in a residential setting, with occasional travel between multiple sites. Physical requirements include ability to use stairs to move between floors, transport youth in an agency vehicle, and support youth in a variety of settings.

About the Role
Help young people build lasting support networks. As a Foster Care Recruitment & Family Finding Specialist, you'll play a key role in helping youth in foster care connect with relatives, fictive kin, and other trusted adults who can offer stability and love. You'll also support recruitment and training of foster parents while partnering closely with caseworkers to expand placement options for youth with complex needs.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is compassionate, creative, and detail-oriented-with the investigative curiosity to find and engage family members and the relational skills to build trust with youth and caregivers. Attend meetings, trainings, and community engagement events as needed
Who we're looking for
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Criminal Justice, or Communications
Valid driver's license (IL/IN/WI), reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
Experience locating individuals, conducting outreach, or investigative work
Knowledge of childhood trauma and youth with specialized needs
