Job Description LMH Health seeks an experienced physician leader and communicator to assume the role of Clinic Enterprise Medical Director. This pivotal position will provide strategic and operational leadership for the 26 provider-based clinics at LMH Health. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record for fostering relationships with clinicians and management teams to deliver high-quality, cost-effective patient care in a rewarding practice environment while optimizing operational efficiency and outcomes. This position will be expected to also work as a physician on a part time basis practicing in a clinic that aligns with their specialty. The Clinic Enterprise Medical Director works in conjunction with the Clinic Enterprise Senior Director and reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Operations and Clinic Enterprise. Job Description I. JOB SUMMARY A Medical Assistant performs administrative and/or clinical tasks to support the work of the physician and other healthcare professionals. Assures treatment rooms are appropriately equipped with necessary instruments, supplies and equipment and keeps waiting/exam rooms neat and clean. Must possess the ability to organize and prioritize assigned work duties and have a desire to interact with patients in a professional and empathetic manner.
