Can set up, run, review, and troubleshoot Arc Flash output from ETAP & SKM. 8. Digital Relay Analysis i. With direction, can develop relay setting files for SEL and GE Multilin relays. 9. Load Flow Analysis i. Has previous or QT experience in making harmonic and load measurements in the field. ii. With supervision, can complete computer model set up to successfully duplicate field measurements.
