Marlin Bay is a luxury vacation rental community and marina in Marathon, FL. We are looking for part time Dock Hands with excellent customer service to join our team. You would assist the daily operations of our 99-slip marina. Responsibilities include assistance with the daily marina tasks including helping guests arrive and depart from their dock, guiding guests over the radio, navigation, marina amenity cleaning, pressure-washing, package delivery to guests, assisting guests with golf cart rides and requests, pump-outs, and maintaining the marina.
