The Airport Shuttle and Facilities Manager supports the team with a complete oversight for financials and operations (Shuttle Operations, Events, Campus Experience) of assigned portfolio to ensure 24/7 professional parking management. Principal Job Duties:
Provides full oversight of shuttle operations, including, scheduling, vehicle maintenance, route management, staff coordination and ensuring compliance with DOT and FMSCA regulations for safe and efficient transportation services.
Responsible for direct oversight and management of several components of parking at an airport location including: valet, events, self-park garage and shuttle operations.
Responsible for developing client relationships and business retention.
Ensuring that increased revenue, managed expenses, and customer satisfaction is maximized by maintaining the highest level of service thresholds and initiatives that are aligned with the expectations of our various clients.
Assist the region with the business development, proposal, presentation, and transitions for new locations.

Responsible for planning and executing plan for the opening of new locations within their assigned portfolio.

Organize and narrate parking management skills for Facilities Managers and Assistant Managers.
Understand, implement, and deliver all requirements that are outlined within the contractual agreement between LAZ Parking and our clients.
Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Annual financial and operational reports as required.
Serve as a liaison to parking patrons and various stakeholder groups who are impacted by the operations of the assigned portfolio (and vice versa).
Implement and complete other projects, programs, and initiatives that may arise from the operation of assigned portfolio.
Participate in labor contract management if applicable to assigned portfolio.
Review and edit proposed parking, maintenance, etc. agreements.
Communicate with local police department and emergency management teams regarding operations.
Organize and manage the oversight of event operations within LAZ Parking.
Monitor, review, and analyze the market rate structures.
Implementation and completion of other projects, programs, and initiatives that may arise from assigned portfolio operation.
Additional related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
CDL with Passenger Endorsement required.
Previous Transportation Leadership experience required.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Perform all maintenance and cleaning tasks noted on the checklists and as directed by the facility manager/supervisor to ensure that all dirt, dust, litter and debris are removed from all areas of the facility.
Makes basic electrical repairs including replacing photo electric controls. As well as lighting ballast, bulbs and fixtures, electric switches, and receptacles. Checks and replaces fuses and circuit breakers. Performs minor electric wiring installation and repair. Diagnoses and replaces emergency exit and emergency lighting fixtures and takes volt and amp readings.
Performs routine repairs and maintains building plumbing system.
Responsible for safety and security of company equipment.
Apply oil absorbent to oil spills.
Walk garages and drive lots daily to note and correct any maintenance problems.
Pick-up and delivery of winter supplies, sand, salt, fuel, power equipment, vehicles, etc.
Maintain an inventory of maintenance equipment and submit requests to re-stock supplies as needed.
Operate automatic sweepers, scrubbers, outdoor equipment (such as weed eater), lawnmowers, or other electrical tools to repair or construct items, as applicable.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Parking Compliance Associate CampusParc at The Ohio State University (OSU) Pay: $18.00 Available Shift: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 6am - 2pm Essential Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to): * Monitors metered, pay to park and permit areas and issues citations
* Accurately enters citation details, including violation type, inputs and corrects vehicle license plate information, vehicle information, and violation information using a handheld ticket issuance system.
* Maintains and cares for all company-issued equipment (vehicles, phones, tablets, etc.), and reporting any damage or technical issues to the Supervisor/Manager on shift
* Interfaces with University police and/or other University personnel.
* Checks the operational condition of enforcement vehicles and performs routine operator maintenance such as charging EV, and inflating tires, etc.
* Operates and trouble shoots computer equipment and two-way radio, handheld device and technology.
* Completes data required for citations including but not limited to violation type, location of offense, vehicle license plate number and/or vehicle identification number;
* Provides excellent customer service to all parkers, taking every opportunity to assist with questions, parking concerns, and directions. Supervise towing and removal of vehicles by contracted vendors.
* Exercise proper judgment, tact and diplomacy in dealing with people.
* Clean vehicles before and after each shift. Stock supplies as needed.
* Other special projects as assigned by location management.
Minimum Job Qualifications (including but not limited to):
* You are at least 20 years old.
* Must have a valid DMV driver's license, for at least 3 years.
* High School degree preferred.
* One year related experience preferred.
* Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence.
* Ability to safely drive a standard or automatic transmission vehicle.
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
* Ability demonstrate sound judgment and professionalism in interactions, maintaining respectful and diplomatic approach
* Must maintain a neat and clean appearance in adherence to company standards at all times.
