The Spirit of the Position: The LAZ Parking Customer Care Center services customers across the United States. We are looking for a friendly, helpful individual to join our outstanding team. The Customer Care CSR provides exceptional customer service by answering in-bound calls from parkers for assistance within our parking facilities. We assist in troubleshooting as well as handling concerns in a positive and professional manner. All our interactions with our parkers/customers are recorded and documented. We have a part-time or full-time position available for second shift, weekends and holidays are required. In-office shifts are required, as necessary.
