As Assistant Account Manager, you will:

Provide the company's standards of service with each customer including maintaining the required uniform appearance, stating the company greeting, answering questions, resolving issues and thanking each customer upon exit.
Perform hourly walk-throughs of the facility inspecting all stairways, parking decks and public/non-public areas.
Patrol Parking Garage Property - Stairways, elevators, parking levels and outside areas.
Test access control equipment.
Enforce parking rules, issue tickets and violations as necessary.
Monitor camera monitors for property.
Complete the daily shift paperwork of activities and incidents.
Instruct trespassers to leave the property.
Promptly notify Management and/or Authorities of Escalated issues requiring attention and or intervention
Maintain a neat and orderly booth at all times, free of debris and trash with clean windows void of unapproved company posters or decorative hangings.
