About the Position:
As a supervisor, you will assist the management team in overseeing a team of workers who perform a variety of tasks to keep our client's facility in top shape. You will perform various job responsibilities, including those embodied by our company core values as follows.

Supervise parking attendants and ensure that all duties are completed according to company standards.
Assist with implementing work schedules and assignments.
Oversee daily cash handling procedures and submit accurate reports of collections.
Hold team members accountable for their roles and responsibilities, providing regular performance feedback and conducting performance evaluations.
Promote a culture of professionalism, accountability, and exceptional customer service among the team.
Accountable for the cleanliness and appearance of the parking area.
