Analysts in Lazard's Private Capital Advisory Group join the transaction management team. This role is specifically focused on Primary Equity Fund Placement. Typically, an Analyst will be staffed with one or two of Lazard's senior professionals to work on a fundraising project. Analysts will have extensive contact with the fund managers, both in the preparation of marketing materials and during the marketing and due diligence phases of the fund.
