There was no more advancement for me. I worked for the partners of the company and for an administrative assistant, that is the highest you could go there.
They were really flexible because I would always come in early, leave late, etc. I didn't have to worry about anyone watching the clock. They already knew that I didn't look at the clock, I looked at the work that needed to be done.
