Work 45+ weekends per year.

Experience & Abilities

Specific Abilities: Follow rigging, electrical, and load safety standards. Must be comfortable and able to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs. and spend extended periods in a lift. General knowledge of broadcast video standards and signal flow. Ensure engaging environmental lighting and design enhances an immersive worship experience or inspiring ministry event, both on-site and online for any size gathering, in alignment with the vision of Worship Center and its ministries
Manage development and scheduling of volunteer lighting operators and stage techs, fostering their spiritual health and definable technical growth.
Program, direct, and operate lighting and environmental visuals for church services, ministries, & events. Manage console show files and patching to ensure a consistent, user-friendly experience across all lighting spaces.
Collaborate with contractors and creative partners to implement lighting and environmental designs that align with Worship Center's creative direction, both in person and online.
Assist with the maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation of AVL systems, supporting reliability and stewardship campus-wide.
Support ongoing AVL improvements by adhering to established standards, offering input for documentation and process refinement, and ensuring system consistency campus-wide.
Collaborate with the Technical Director to develop short-term, long-term, and critical backup plans for equipment reliability and longevity. Manage the lighting budget and oversee assigned projects within the overall AVL framework.

What You Need to Know:
In this role, you will be manufacturing blood products and samples. You will be processing blood products after the units have been received from the donors. This will involve scanning in the units of blood, processing the units into transfusable components (red cells, platelets, and expressing plasma) and leukoreducing.

Key Responsibilities:
· Meet the quality and quantity production goals, while prioritizing workload expectations and maintaining accurate documentation
· Perform good inventory management practices throughout the manufacturing and distribution process.
· Perform data entry and operate the computer programs associated with component production, labeling, storage, and sample tube management.
· Analyze and make decisions based on visual inspection and information provided from other departments to meet time.
· Perform complex manufacturing tasks such as pooled product manufacturing, freeze, wash, or deglycerolizing of blood products, and pathogen reduction.
· Communicate effectively with internal customers, vendors, and volunteers.
· May require flexibility to work a variable schedule that includes weekends & holidays to meet the needs of our hospitals
Standard Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:30pm-6:00am.
Pay Information: $17.25/hr, plus any applicable shift differential for working any late nights, overnights, and on the weekends.

**The Role**
Strong technical skill level working on complex assignments within the network systems installation and/or maintenance activities. Works on relatively straightforward installation and/or maintenance assignments on network switching equipment. Technician for customer/company network systems installation and/or maintenance activities.
**The Main Responsibilities**
- Technician for customer/company network systems installation and/or maintenance activities.
- Resolves complex network problems involving power, network hardware and software, lines, modems and terminals.
- Uses software and hardware tools to identify and diagnose network status and problems; conducts complex network monitoring equipment installation and maintenance activities; resolves complex trouble tickets
- Monitors network operations and resolves routine network monitoring problems.
- Monitors network performance; conducts routine monitoring equipment installation and maintenance activities; resolves routine trouble tickets.
- Knowledge of/Ability to Troubleshoot: IP subnetting, IP routing, IPSEC tunnels, IPVPN, and VRRP/HSRP
**What We Look For in a Candidate**
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Associate degree or equivalent education and relevant experience.
+ 3+ yrs related experience in specific area or equivalent.
+ May require technical certification.

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
Location Based Pay Ranges:
$63,400 - $84,500 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY.
$66,544 - $88,725 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI.
$69,713 - $92,950 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
