Job Description: MUFG is seeking an IT Business Analyst I to support dynamic initiatives within its Private Equity business. This is a remote role focused on analyzing financial processes, defining technology requirements, and partnering with agile teams to deliver impactful solutions. The position involves cross-functional collaboration across business and technology groups. Depending on project needs, responsibilities may span both business analysis and delivery management, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to end-to-end solution delivery. Essential Functions: Translate financial and accounting requirements into actionable software specifications. Conduct user interviews to identify process improvement opportunities and document current (“As-Is”) and future (“To-Be”) workflows. Troubleshoot issues in eFront FrontInvest and provide backup support for system administration. Create and maintain documentation including meeting notes, knowledge articles, and business communications. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive positive change. Write and manage user stories and backlog items in Team Foundation Server. Serve as the Agile Team's Scrum Master for assigned initiatives. Support prioritization decisions and manage execution of prioritized work. Collaborate with users to develop and execute test cases during system integration testing. Deliver demos of completed enhancements to end users. Work closely with developers to clarify requirements and ensure business needs are met. Ensure adherence to SDLC and Change Management processes; conduct internal audits for compliance. Act as a flexible team member, taking on overflow or backfill tasks as needed. Monitor team performance, generate reports, and lead corrective actions. Help remove obstacles that hinder team progress. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Technology or Business Information Systems 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Operations Manager. Strong background in requirements gathering, testing, issue tracking, and leading technical deliveries Strong understanding of accounting/finance systems and translating business needs into software requirements Proven ability to work independently and troubleshoot technical issues Technical troubleshooting and problem solving Experience in Private Equity. The Disaster Recovery Analyst is responsible for leading disaster recovery risk assessments, providing advice and independent challenge, monitoring metrics/key risk indicators, monitoring regulatory landscape for changes related to IT DR, conducting disaster recovery risk reviews and analysis, and reporting thematic risks to ensure the Disaster Recovery Risk Profile is fairly presented. WHAT WILL YOU DO? * Support the development and execution of the IT Disaster Recovery risk program and procedures consistent with City National Bank's and RBC's Risk Framework to ensure a sound control environment from an IT DR/Operational Resilience perspective. * Key areas of responsibility include R&C of: disaster recovery exercises, IT Datacenter runbooks, IT Disaster Recovery Reporting and adequacy of IT Disaster Recovery controls. * Monitoring (as needed) of DR tests to confirm adequacy of testing reports and conclusions. Monitoring of DR test may require some evening or weekend work which will be well known and established ahead of time. Stock Dividends: Includes stock distribution events such as forward stock splits, spin-offs, rights distributions, as well as processing dividend reinvestment instructions on behalf of DTC's clients. Dividend International Services (DIS): Includes optional services to investors such as events with foreign currency options and "at-source" tax relief. Global Tax Services: Performs processing associated with classification, withholding, remittance, and reporting of US-sourced income to the IRS, and year-end reporting to the IRS on behalf of DTC, NSCC and FICC. Voluntary Reorganization: Includes cash and stock events where an investor has a decision to make.
