ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Customer Care Coordinator is to provide assistance in all customer related matters and backup and assist Customer Service Representatives.
LOCATION AND SCHEDULE
Ft. Bragg - Onsite
Monday-Friday 7:30 AM - 4 PM (May vary depending on store)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for all customer related matters.
Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor when assisting customers.
Able to navigate Axapta to create and release sales orders.
Communicate with customers and vendors throughout the entire sales order process via phone or email.
Knowledge to quote on contracts and follow up on quotes.
Call customers for additional information as needed.
Ensure that sales orders are routinely reconciled with material on hand or on order to maximize sales and reduce customer wait time.
Coordinate pick up/delivery of orders.
Maintain a list of all customers to include email and phone numbers. Use this list to obtain more of their business.
Assist customer service representatives at the checkout counters as needed to reduce customer wait times.
Follow up with customers by conducting a survey asking basic questions, i.e. Was product satisfactory? Was it delivered on time? Would you do business with us again? Etc.
Register and track customer complaints with expeditious follow up and resolution.
Create a report that will track the progress of the sales orders and their impact on the budgeted sales for the BSC through use of AX and/or Excel spreadsheet. Work closely with management to ensure material needed to fill sales orders is on order and has good supply/shipping status.
Create, modify and email various Excel spreadsheets as required by management, purchasing and replenishment.
Ensure that customers are aware of our BUYBSC website and assist with customer set up for the site.
Ensure that customers are aware and understand the DOD Emall program and know how to maneuver through the website in select stores.
Ensure that all daily price changes are published and displayed as instructed.
Be instrumental in utilizing current marketing tools to seek additional sales.
Merchandizing and replenishing shelves as necessary.
Interact with vendor reps during their normal sales calls. Ask questions about products to gain a better understanding of their uses.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school graduate with one year relevant work experience.
Basic retail knowledge. Accuracy with computerized checkout systems.
Must have interpersonal skills dealing with and communicating with customers, vendors, company divisions, co-workers and management.

Responsible for analyzing data to improve the manufacturing operations. Will work with the Director of Manufacturing and the Plant Managers to implement changes to improve Manufacturing's financial and performance results defined by LCIs mission.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with Plant Managers to ensure smooth operations of Manufacturing, instilling LCI's mission and mindset to constantly improve.
Review Margin Reports daily/weekly to identify areas for manufacturing improvement and also areas where selling price needs review.
Work with various departments to do Product Development Plans (PDP) to analyze the overall cost. Through this process, review current BOMs and Routes for any modifications and for new items, structure the new BOMs and Routes per the PDP. Review information with the Plant Manager. Ensure consistent structure throughout all plants.
Ensure weekly cost rolls are being done so managed cost is being updated when deemed necessary, due to significant price or labor changes.
Analyze product lines for proper set up for employees, ensuring that LCI's Mission is considered, profitable, and recommend improvements.
Champion for continuous improvement.
Schedule and assist with annual inventories and all necessary documentation. Provide results to Director of Manufacturing. Identify potential problem areas based on the results. Assist with improving accuracy of inventory through investigation of BOM usage, damage, and scrap. Assist with training supervisors on inventory and production planning.
In conjunction with site designees review prepared Analysis Reports to determine slow moving or obsolete inventory. Review items and recommend best disposition, disposition being, working with Sales for other opportunities, repurpose, sell as is at a reduced price, or discard.
Assist with Capital Budgeting and also with justifications for CEPs throughout the year.
Work with Director of Manufacturing and Plant Managers to improve Standard Operating Procedures.
Monitor reports such as inventory, adjustments, margin, sales orders, aging transfers, production orders, ensure all sales are allocated to the correct location, etc.
AX super user, understand and assist with training various area, such as shipping, receiving, production order entry and review, and various other daily tasks needed to successfully manage a facility.
Assist with special projects and assist when gaps arise.

QUALIFICATIONS
Five to seven years manufacturing experience, college graduate preferred.
Good time management skills, engineering/technical background a plus.
Written and oral communication with Director of Manufacturing, Plant Managers, Sales, Product Development, Pricing and Contracts, QSE and various corporate managers and employees.
Extensive manufacturing knowledge. Advance computer skills (especially Excel). Attention to detail. Strong cognitive skill, including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis, and inventory management expertise.

ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Coordinator, AP under general direction, serves as liaison with departments and vendors to provide timely processing and quality assurance of voucher disbursements; verifies supporting documentation; coordinates print cycles, follow-up activities, and problem resolution; maintains and files voucher records and files.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Verify invoices by matching item descriptions, quantities and prices to original purchase orders, confirming receipt of goods and posting into the accounting system for payment.
Processing invoices in a timely manner in order to take advantage of all vendor discounts.
Review daily/weekly exception reports and work closely with Purchase Order user group to resolve issues.
Processing checks for payment, including matching invoices to the checks prior to signature and disbursing checks after they have been signed.
Significant communication with LCI vendors and suppliers to resolve purchasing/shipping/receiving issues related to inventory.
Research vendor/supplier issues including credit memos and outstanding balances for monthly statements.
Maintain files for A/P Records.
Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree; equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for the degree.
Two years work experience in a related position.
Knowledge of accounting and purchasing.
Ability to interpret accounts and records.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain schedules.
Knowledge of automated ERP systems and MSOffice.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
